I have to workout anytime before noon or it won’t happen. And I follow Crossfit Mayhem and do their WODs at Equinox.

Barry’s Bootcamp is the best workout in New York: each day of the week is targeted to a different body part. My favorite is Thursday or “Core Day,” because there is no way I could perform that many crunches without an instructor yelling at me!
Cardio first, and always with some 1980s mix. It gets the blood going.
Hiking, any chance I get.
CrossFit with a kick-ass trainer.
It’s all about kettlebells and cardio.
I jog home from work! It’s the best way to commute.
